The qualities we look for in an ideal candidate for general management and/or field supervision include:
- Effective at hiring and retention
- Technical expertise in fire investigations and/or forensic engineering
- Operating detail Experience and/or training in managing budgets and financials
- Experience and/or training in business development
- Experience in leading others locally and remotely
- Properly trained and experienced in fire investigations and/or forensic engineering
- Nationally certified (preferably IAAI-CFI, etc.), or able to become certified
- Effective communicator Court qualified as an expert, or able to become court qualified
- Willing to get a little dirty to discover the truth
